Neighbors should be considered stakeholders. This is particularly true for the two right-bank HOA's (Deschutes Heights, Deschutes Ridge), as they have tree tracts that are likely to be affected by future floodplain reconnection activities.
Truck access to the left bank is through the private roads of the Keanland Park HOA. We pay an impact fee of ~$70/truck for dump trucks and heavy equipment. Pickups and personal vehicles are exempted.
