Work Party for Martin Luther King Jr. Day

This year for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we will be hosting a large work party in the West Bay Woods. As a community, we will be planting trees and shrubs and installing tree-protector cages. In the past, the crowd has finished the task a bit early — Thank you, enthusiastic Volunteers!! — so we have also planned alternate weed-pulling projects for those avid weeders out there. Bring your work gloves, your favorite snack, and weather-ready clothes! Come on foot if you can. If you need to drive, please park on Rogers Street NW.
