Work Party to prep the Bob Barnes Legacy Grove

At this special volunteer work party, we will be removing invasive weeds and prepping the ground for planting the Bob Barnes Legacy Grove. We have been waiting for rain to do this work and it has finally (!) arrived. In honor of Bob Barnes who supports our mission in innumerable ways, we will plant a grove of Coastal Redwood trees in November in partnership with Propagation Nation. Join us for a cool Saturday in the West Bay Woods!

If you arrive by vehicle, please park on Rogers Street and walk down Dickinson to the trailhead.

Bring gloves, shovels, water, and cheer!

We will provide coffee, snacks, limited tools and gloves.
